Job Requirements

  • Meet all physical requirements for all roles within the Shift Leader career path including Kitchen Lead and Team Member roles
  • One or more years of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant retail or hospitality
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
  • Ability to speak read write and understand the primary language or languages of the work location
  • Must be able to work at least thirty hours per week
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in restaurants retail or hospitality
  • Strong care about hospitality food quality and operational excellence
  • Ability to motivate others and build a positive team culture
  • Skilled at staying organized level-headed and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Interested in growing into restaurant management and long-term leadership roles
  • Accountable dependable and detail-oriented
