Job Duties
- Lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding service and quality
- Manage shift operations including customer relations, driver dispatch, product quality, inventory control, and profitability
- Oversee cash management and register operations
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Build and maintain a positive team culture centered on dignity, respect, and fun
- Assist with staff training and development
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
