Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding service and quality
  • Manage shift operations including customer relations, driver dispatch, product quality, inventory control, and profitability
  • Oversee cash management and register operations
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Build and maintain a positive team culture centered on dignity, respect, and fun
  • Assist with staff training and development
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
