Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- availability to work multiple shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 55 lbs, and cleaning
- knowledge of food safety and handling
- ability to adhere to cash handling policies
- compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to embrace new company initiatives and technology

Job Duties
- Maintain overall safety during shifts
- perform all Guest Service Representative duties
- manage shift reconciliation and inventory control procedures
- execute vendor check-in procedures
- train and coach team members on standard practices and food safety
- ensure completion of all assigned tasks during shifts
- promote suggestive selling and loyalty program participation
