Job Description

This job posting is for a restaurant position at a McDonald’s franchise independently owned and operated by a franchisee, distinct from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products while running the establishment but acts as a separate company entirely. Employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, supervision, and scheduling are managed only by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous leadership experience required ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • flexible schedule availability
  • ability to work in fast paced environment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to provide excellent customer service
  • ability to manage and train crew
  • commitment to food safety cleanliness and security standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers get a fast accurate friendly experience
  • provide leadership to crew and other shift leaders to ensure quality service and cleanliness

  • monitor safety security and profitability
  • communicate with next shift leader for smooth transition
  • manage food safety internal communication inventory management daily maintenance crew management quality food production customer service safety security scheduling and training
