This job opening is for a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's USA's logos and food products, but is a separate and legally distinct company. The franchisee maintains full control over all employment matters within the restaurant, including but not limited to hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
