This job opening is for a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's USA's logos and food products, but is a separate and legally distinct company. The franchisee maintains full control over all employment matters within the restaurant, including but not limited to hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous leadership experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customer experience is fast accurate and friendly
- provide leadership to crew and managers to maintain quality service and cleanliness
- plan and monitor shift performance
- ensure team meets McDonald's standards
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth transitions
- manage food safety internal communication inventory management daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew and quality food production
- provide exceptional customer service
- oversee safety security scheduling and training
