- commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and managers during a shift
- plan and monitor performance during shifts
- take action to meet McDonald's standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
- manage food safety, inventory, maintenance, crew management, quality food production, customer service, scheduling and training
