Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance
- enforce McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- communicate shift details with successor managers
- meet shift targets and help departments meet goals
- manage food safety protocols
- maintain internal communication
- handle inventory management
- oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage and schedule crew
- train new and existing staff
