Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in food service or hospitality industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills for cash handling and labor reports
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent interpersonal skills for team leadership
  • legal authorization to work
  • willingness to comply with company policies and use of e-verify

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a leadership role in hospitality
  • knowledge of labor management and cash handling procedures
  • ability to manage and resolve incidents professionally
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • familiarity with food cost control methods
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • bilingual skills preferred

Job Duties

  • manage crew labor targets and schedules effectively
  • oversee accurate cash handling and nightly deposit reporting
  • complete daily lineup cards accounting for breaks and sales-driven team placement
  • document and manage guest and team member incidents thoroughly
  • control food waste by monitoring recipe adherence and weighing portions
  • maintain cleanliness and organization according to hospital standards
  • ensure peak time readiness and timely patio cleaning
