Job Description

This restaurant is a McDonalds franchise operated independently by a franchisee, separate from McDonalds USA. The franchisee owns a license to use the McDonalds brand name, logos, and food products, but is an autonomous entity responsible for all employment and operational matters within the restaurant. This means that all hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee supervision decisions are made solely by the franchisee, without involvement from McDonalds USA. Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • Plan and monitor shift performance to meet McDonalds standards
  • Manage crew members and fellow managers during shifts
  • Oversee food safety, quality food production, and cleanliness
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
  • Handle inventory management and scheduling
  • Provide training and coaching to develop team members
