This restaurant is a McDonalds franchise operated independently by a franchisee, separate from McDonalds USA. The franchisee owns a license to use the McDonalds brand name, logos, and food products, but is an autonomous entity responsible for all employment and operational matters within the restaurant. This means that all hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee supervision decisions are made solely by the franchisee, without involvement from McDonalds USA.
