Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand and move for long periods
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to food safety and hygiene practices
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in food service or retail operations beneficial

Job Duties
- Monitor and observe the day-to-day activities of subordinates
- coordinate breaks for hourly associates
- keep management informed of area activities and significant problems
- complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists in line with company policies
- coordinate with management for on-the-job training of new associates
- operate cash register and void transactions following cash handling policies
- maintain proper security of cash at all times
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- implement product rotation based on product code dates
- order product and participate in physical inventory counts
- resolve customer complaints consistent with company policy
- practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices complying with HACCP standards
- monitor compliance with safety guidelines
- build awareness about safety
- report safety concerns to management
