The position available is a supervisory role critical to the smooth operation and customer satisfaction of the establishment. The role demands leadership skills to manage and motivate the team effectively, ensuring that food preparation meets the company’s high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and safety. This role involves overseeing shifts, delegating responsibilities, handling customer concerns politely and professionally, and maintaining clear communication with managers about inventory, employee performance, scheduling, and operational improvements. The candidate will also be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as accepting and verifying deliveries, managing cash and petty cash, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

In addition to operational duties, this role emphasizes excellent customer service skills, requiring the candidate to engage warmly with customers, provide accurate wait times, and communicate the health benefits of menu items knowledgeably.
