Job Requirements
- monitor and observe the day-to-day activities of subordinates
- coordinate breaks for hourly associates
- complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists according to company policies
- coordinate on-the-job training for new associates
- operate cash register and handle void transactions in compliance with cash handling policies
- maintain proper security of cash
- transfer supplies and equipment manually or with a hand truck
- implement product rotation and participate in inventory counts
- resolve customer complaints professionally
- comply with food safety and sanitation practices and HACCP standards
- monitor and promote safety guidelines and report concerns to management
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- leadership or supervisory experience an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- basic cash handling and math skills
Job Duties

- keep management informed of area activities and any significant problems
- complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
- coordinate with management for on-the-job training of new associates
- operate cash register and void transactions as needed while following all cash handling policies and procedures
- maintain proper security of cash at all times
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- implement product rotation based on product code dates and participate in physical inventory counts
- resolve customer complaints consistent with company policy and customer satisfaction
- practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices and comply with HACCP standards
- monitor compliance with safety guidelines, build awareness about safety, and report safety concerns to management
