This franchisee operates under a license to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products but functions as a distinct company responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staff management. This means that if you are hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee rather than McDonald's USA. The franchisee handles all operational and human resource functions at the restaurant, and McDonald's USA has no involvement in these matters.
