Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee operates under a license to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products but functions as a distinct company responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staff management. This means that if you are hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee rather than McDonald's USA. The franchisee handles all operational and human resource functions at the restaurant, and McDonald's USA has no involvement in these matters.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan each shift and monitor performance
  • ensure compliance with McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • communicate shift information to next Shift Manager
  • meet shift and department goals
  • manage food safety and internal communication
  • oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
  • schedule and train employees
  • maintain exceptional customer service
