Have reliable transportation to and from work
ability to lift 50 lbs
execute cash management duties
manage inventory levels
maintain cleanliness and organization
follow safety and security standards
perform job duties of all positions including pizza delivery
lead a team without supervision
communicate effectively with team and customers

Job Qualifications

Excellent people skills
motivated and focused on customer service
team-building ability
experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment preferred
basic computer skills including ability to work with POS systems
strong communication and training capabilities
ability to work independently and lead by example
knowledge of safety and security standards

Job Duties

Execute cash management duties with POS and shift reports
help manage adequate inventory levels using company systems and guidelines to reduce loss
manage company’s assets and keep the restaurant clean, safe and organized
follow safety and security standards at all times
lead a team with no supervision and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery
communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members
respond to all customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
work to make Papa John’s a leader in its market
