Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- reliable transportation
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and unscheduled shifts
- physical ability to perform duties including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and over 51 pounds occasionally
- ability to bend, twist, crouch, kneel, and use fine finger dexterity
- ability to work in outdoor and noisy environments
- employment contingent upon background check
- ability to perform all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- successful and stable employment history
- cash management skills
- ability to lead and train team members
- strong customer service orientation
- effective communication and relationship management skills
- ability to work independently during shifts
- bilingual skills in certain markets
- proficiency with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
Job Duties
- supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and customer service
- respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns
- solicit and share customer feedback to improve operations
- communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members
- maintain adequate staffing and train team to exceed customer expectations
- ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- execute cash management and assist in inventory management
- manage restaurant cleanliness, safety, and organization
- contribute to sales and profit goals by adhering to company guidelines
