Job Requirements
- Meet all Kitchen Lead and Team Member minimum requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as Shift Leader or Supervisor
- Experience in fast-paced restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Ability to multitask and maintain operational standards
- Proficiency in the primary language of work location
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
- Experience in scheduling and performance management
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to foster a positive team culture

Job Duties
- Step into any station as needed during shifts
- Handle first-level customer concerns and allergy-related orders
- Oversee multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
- Use clear communication to delegate and align team efforts
- Monitor food quality and safety protocols
- Enforce food safety and allergen awareness
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and maintain safety
- Stay calm and professional under pressure
- Perform Kitchen Lead responsibilities including Team Member tasks
