Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service experience preferred but not required
- strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- food handler’s card and/or ServSafe certification required or obtainable after hire

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the team while upholding Grecian Gyro’s values, service standards, and vibrant culture
- engage with guests by sharing passion for Greek cuisine, describing menu items, and accommodating dietary needs
- ensure excellence by maintaining the highest standards for food quality, accuracy, and presentation
- be hands-on by assisting with food prep, upholding hygiene standards, and maintaining cleanliness
- deliver results by taking orders, managing the POS system, and ensuring seamless shift operations
- support team growth by completing training certifications and leading by example
