Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in shift leadership or supervisory role
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- attention to detail in cash and inventory control
- excellent team management abilities
- familiarity with company policies and procedures
- legal authorization to work as verified by E-Verify

Job Duties
- manage crew labor targets and schedules
- oversee cash handling and nightly deposit reporting
- complete daily line up cards accounting for team member breaks and assignments
- investigate and document guest and team member incidents
- control food waste by monitoring portions and adherence to recipes
- ensure strict compliance with training and validation programs
- maintain cleanliness and organization to hospital-level standards
