Job Description

Our company is a dynamic and customer-focused establishment dedicated to operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a committed leader in the hospitality sector, we focus on maintaining high standards in cleanliness, cost control, labor management, and talent retention. Emphasizing front-line leadership, our General Managers (GMs) are responsible for driving profitability and sustaining business growth by actively managing food waste, controlling supply costs, optimizing labor efficiency, and fostering an environment that encourages excellent guest interaction and repeat visits. Our culture champions proactive management and hands-on involvement rather than passive oversight, ensuring that every team member understands their role in the company’s success.

We are currently seeking motivated and energetic Shift Leaders to stand in for the GM during their absence and maintain the high standards that define our operation. As the most hardworking member on the floor during these critical times, you will be responsible for leading by example, promoting a positive work atmosphere, and ensuring the guest always comes first. Our Shift Leaders must be vocal advocates for their teams and guests, ready to tackle challenges head-on and contribute meaningfully to overall business objectives.

This pivotal role requires comprehensive knowledge of labor management, cash handling, guest and team incident reporting, cost controls related to sales and food waste, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Shift Leaders play a key role in managing crew labor targets, scheduling breaks effectively to maximize productivity, and using data-driven reports such as hourly labor reports to hold team members accountable. Precision in cash handling is vital, including accurate nightly deposit reporting and secure preparation of bank bags. Daily line up cards must be completed to account for breaks and strategically assign sales-driven team members to guest-facing roles.

Controlling costs is another critical component; Shift Leaders must ensure strict adherence to recipe standards, weigh products regularly to minimize waste, and closely follow training and new hire validation programs to maintain quality consistency. Emphasizing cleanliness and organization, our standard of operation mimics hospital-grade sanitation, with regular cleaning cycles, stocked supplies, and mission-critical checklists to guarantee a guest-ready environment during peak times. Knowledge of bilingual communication is a plus, enhancing interaction with diverse team members and guests.

Our commitment to legal compliance is underscored by our use of the E-Verify system, which verifies employment eligibility for all new hires, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of regulatory adherence. Join us to be part of a company that values leadership, dedication, and an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction, offering you the opportunity to grow your career in an environment that rewards initiative and excellence.
