Job Requirements

  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Energy and stamina to perform all duties effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to shift
  • Ability to work multiple locations preferred
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe manager certification for leadership roles
  • Positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in fast-food or restaurant environment preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
  • Reliable transportation to arrive on time
  • Basic food safety knowledge beneficial

Job Duties

  • Work all positions in the restaurant including register, grill, morning prep, and closing
  • Maintain open and clear communication with team members during shifts
  • Follow company standards, policies, and procedures strictly
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and upbeat attitude
  • Participate actively in team environments and support teammates
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Attend training sessions and pass required certification tests for advancement
