Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum age 18 years
- prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- excellent interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to safety and quality standards

- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts

- communicate shift details to succeeding manager
- maintain food safety standards
- manage inventory
- oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew and train team members
- schedule shifts effectively
