Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to commit to flexible scheduling including weekends and late nights
- Experience in fast-paced work environments preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and inventory management preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Take action first: lead important internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented: effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results
- Lead the experience: directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen operations, people management, and service delivery
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff is trained and organizing key service areas within the restaurant
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
