Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to work minimum of three days and 30 hours per week with availability for additional hours
- ability to travel occasionally including overnight stays
- telephone access at residence
- sufficient physical agility and strength
- mental ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic at 12th grade level
- previous related experience
- ability to perform duties of supervised hourly team members
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse personnel
- willingness to work various shifts including late nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a shift manager/leader or restaurant management experience
- ability to work at least three days and 30 hours per week with shift flexibility including nights and weekends
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to perform job duties requiring physical agility and strength
- effective communication skills
- mental and cognitive ability to perform arithmetic and paperwork
- ability to handle stress and work effectively under pressure
- ability to supervise and train diverse team members
- familiarity with company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- execute the RGM’s plans and overall company plans to achieve sales and profit growth
- comply with all company policies and procedures
- manage and control cash including preparing and depositing bank deposits
- assist in managing and controlling cost of sales including ordering, storing, and inventory management
- assist in managing and controlling cost of labor including timekeeping accuracy and labor scheduling
- maintain positive customer relations and promptly resolve complaints
- ensure quality food preparation and cleanliness standards
- manage team member relations including recruitment, training, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- implement marketing programs to increase business
- maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and preventive maintenance
- manage administrative tasks including paperwork, scheduling, inventory ordering and accounting procedures
