Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe or local or state food service certification preferred
- previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
- successful and stable employment history
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends and emergencies
- ability to perform job duties of all positions in the restaurant

Job Duties
- supervises shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered
- manages operations including the execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning
- performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and maintaining product holding times
- responds appropriately to customer needs and minimizes complaints
- maintains shift coverage and provides immediate feedback and corrective actions
- ensures product quality, customer service and performance responsibilities meet standards
- contributes to profit goals by managing food and labor costs and utilizing the FOCUS System
- executes cash management duties
- assists in managing inventory levels to minimize loss
