Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • Serv-Safe or local or state food service certification preferred
  • previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
  • successful and stable employment history
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends and emergencies
  • ability to perform job duties of all positions in the restaurant

Job Duties

  • supervises shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered
  • manages operations including the execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning
  • performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and maintaining product holding times
  • responds appropriately to customer needs and minimizes complaints
  • maintains shift coverage and provides immediate feedback and corrective actions
  • ensures product quality, customer service and performance responsibilities meet standards
  • contributes to profit goals by managing food and labor costs and utilizing the FOCUS System
  • executes cash management duties
  • assists in managing inventory levels to minimize loss
