Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead shifts every week
- effective communication skills
- capability to manage safety and security
- skills in inventory management
- ability to train and schedule crew
- dedication to providing exceptional customer service

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
- plan shifts and monitor performance during shifts
- take action to ensure the team meets company standards

- communicate with the next shift manager to prepare for a great shift
- meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals
