Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- comply with labor law regulations
- able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to upholding company policies and McDonald’s standards
- able to handle cash accurately and complete documentation
- maintain effective communication with team members and management
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years or older
- prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred, but not required
- excellent communication and decision-making skills
- ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
- strong sense of urgency and accountability
- willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- supervise and coach crew during shifts to deliver exceptional guest service
- lead by example to ensure all food is prepared safely and to quality standards
- manage shift operations including labor, product levels, and equipment function
- communicate effectively with team and managers to ensure smooth shift transitions
- monitor cleanliness, customer service, speed of service, and food safety
- handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
- complete shift documentation and cash handling procedures accurately
- ensure crew follow policies, procedures, and McDonald’s standards at all times
- motivate and recognize team performance to improve retention and morale
- support training and onboarding of new crew members
