Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
- Properly trained and approved by Caribou Coffee to take responsibility as Shift Leader
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrates mastery of team member tasks with ease, enthusiasm and excellence
- Lead shifts that focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction with commitment to Make Fun Happen
- Think strategically about maximizing product sales and waste management
- Take ownership of the look and feel of the store with total store vision
- Know the deployment for the day and the roles and responsibilities associated
- Consistently leverage effective communication on the floor during the shift
- Address team and guest needs proactively before situations become problematic
- Understand and delegate multiple shift priorities and tasks
- Take ownership for both current and following shifts
- Ensure execution of SOP and quality standards correctly and consistently
- Actively coach and provide feedback to team members in real time
- Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions
- Perform administrative tasks including bank deposits, inventory, and store orders
- Develop team members and engage in career growth conversations
- Embody core values by supporting, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
- Manage impact on others and own leadership presence
- Make decisions confidently as Manager on Duty
- Maintain calm and resilience under pressure
- Lead with joyfulness and foster community spirit
- Serve others and create success for team and guests
