Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Plan shift activities and monitor team performance
- Take action to meet McDonald’s standards for food safety, safety, security, and profitability
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and employee training
- Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with incoming Shift Managers for smooth shift transitions
