Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe or local or state food service certification preferred
- Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
- Successful and stable employment history
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- Ability to perform all job duties in the restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning
- Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and maintaining established product holding times
- Consistently contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal and meets customer needs while minimizing complaints
- Ensures adequate shift coverage for the restaurant and provides immediate feedback to correct problems
- Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards
- Uses the FOCUS System to manage labor and food costs and assist in inventory control
- Executes cash management duties accurately to support profitability
