Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Serv-Safe or local or state food service certification preferred
  • Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
  • Successful and stable employment history
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
  • Ability to perform all job duties in the restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning
  • Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and maintaining established product holding times
  • Consistently contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal and meets customer needs while minimizing complaints
  • Ensures adequate shift coverage for the restaurant and provides immediate feedback to correct problems
  • Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards
  • Uses the FOCUS System to manage labor and food costs and assist in inventory control
  • Executes cash management duties accurately to support profitability
