Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to work long, flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capable of performing duties of all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
- able to lead a team without supervision
- may require bilingual skills in certain markets
- ability to work with phones, computers, and copiers
- physical capability to stand prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds or more, bend, crouch, kneel, and perform repetitive hand and foot motions
- willingness to adhere to company policies and legal guidelines

- strong operational and leadership skills

- Supervise shifts and team members to ensure quality products and services
- respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns

- ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- coach team members for improved performance
- contribute to sales and profit goals through customer service and inventory management
