Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must have reliable transportation
  • ability to work long, flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • capable of performing duties of all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
  • able to lead a team without supervision
  • may require bilingual skills in certain markets
  • ability to work with phones, computers, and copiers
  • physical capability to stand prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds or more, bend, crouch, kneel, and perform repetitive hand and foot motions
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and legal guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • successful and stable employment history
  • strong operational and leadership skills
  • effective communication and customer service abilities
  • proficiency in cash management
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
  • capability to handle customer feedback constructively
  • teamwork and relationship management skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise shifts and team members to ensure quality products and services
  • respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns
  • solicit and share customer feedback to improve operations
  • communicate and train team on quality standards
  • maintain adequate staffing levels and train team members
  • ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
  • coach team members for improved performance
  • contribute to sales and profit goals through customer service and inventory management
  • execute cash management duties
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • ensure compliance with safety and security standards
