Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk regularly
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping, and mopping
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate, read, and apply fundamental math skills effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Capacity to manage difficult or emotional guest and crew situations
- Novice computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
- Basic knowledge of store financials such as P&Ls, break-even, food cost, and labor cost
- Desire to be a team player and lead with a positive attitude
- At least six months experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) or previous crew involvement
- Ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests
- Knowledge of food safety
Job Duties
- Conquer all aspects of the Crew Member position
- Oversee and encourage all team members to be their best on shift
- Accomplish or assist with all necessary tasks to ensure store readiness for projected business
- Energize team members to meet or exceed guest service, product quality, food handling, sanitation, safety, and security standards
- Hold team members accountable for cash handling, schedules, breaks, opening and closing duties, and shift paperwork using POS
- Address emergencies, guest complaints, equipment problems, product shortages, and team member issues calmly and professionally
- Train and develop team members for growth and success
- Operate the store independently in the absence of the manager
