Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- must be in possession of or able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- possession of valid state-issued driver’s license when required by location and meet driving qualifications as per company policy

- strong leadership and communication skills
- prior experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate and lead the team
- provide coaching and feedback to team members
- open and close the store with minimal supervision
- maintain quality of food and beverages served
- ensure a safe and clean store environment
- set the morale and tone of the team
- assist in managing daily operations
