Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in quick service restaurant (QSR) environment preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Serve Safe certification or food handler certification required
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to wearing a clean, fitted, and pressed uniform daily

Job Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent
One year QSR experience preferred
Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service
Producing high quality food
Delivering the Jersey Mike's experience
Cash handling
Following the Learning Management System Training Program
Developing others for career growth
Enforcing policies and procedures
Participating in local and national marketing initiatives
Building sales
Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant
Effective communication
Having a sense of urgency
