Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- basic problem-solving skills
- physical capability to perform demanding tasks
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds
- ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches
- flexibility to start early shifts at 5am or finish late shifts at 11pm including weekends
- positive attitude in the face of changing priorities
- friendly communication style with team and customers
- drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Run assigned shifts in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- unpack stock as deliveries arrive in the store, maintaining a quick pace
- provide excellent customer service throughout the store by helping customers with questions and locating items
- ensure that the entire store is clean and organized during the shift including parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse
- expand knowledge of the business by learning and completing tasks in the bakery, produce area, and weekly promotional set-up
- communicate clearly with management and colleagues to complete tasks
- act as an overall team player
