The role of Shift Leader at Angie’s Food Concepts is vital to sustaining the company’s high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Hired at $21.51 per hour, this position involves leading and managing the daily activities of shifts at both Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime Grill drive-thru locations. The Shift Leader acts as the frontline supervisor, ensuring the team delivers excellent service, maintains stringent food safety standards, and keeps the environment clean and organized. This position calls for a hands-on leader who can both manage and motivate a team within a fast-paced setting, handle customer service issues with professionalism, train new staff effectively, and contribute to smooth operational workflows.

Shift Leaders are expected to interact closely with all departments to oversee inventory, support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation when needed, and ensure efficient use of POS systems.
