Job Description
The Shift Lead role at DashMart is designed for motivated and experienced individuals who thrive in fast-paced, physically engaging environments. This position is critical to ensuring that daily operations run smoothly within the fulfillment center. As a Shift Lead, you will actively manage and take ownership of your assigned shifts, overseeing warehouse processes, kitchen preparation (where applicable), and maintaining rigorous safety and cleanliness standards. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- prior experience in warehouse or retail or food and beverage environment
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to operate pallet jack and hand truck
- availability for flexible shift scheduling
- ability and willingness to obtain food handling certificate with provided training
- age 18 or older

Job Duties
- take ownership of assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes safety cleanliness quality and training
- maintain accountability for inventory equipment and company assets to prevent loss or theft
- ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate effectively to resolve any issues
- manage and lead operations associates ensuring safe and productive work environment
- support operations in warehouse and kitchen assisting with day to day tasks and leading by example
- contribute ideas to improve operational quality and customer experience
