Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- ability to be on feet and move heavy products lifting up to 50 lbs
- experience operating pallet jack and hand truck
- self-motivated positive attitude and team player
- willingness to work various shifts
- strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- proven track record of success in food and beverage warehouse or retail environments
- ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
- proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- strong organizational skills
- positive and self-motivated team player
- flexible schedule availability
Job Duties
- take ownership of assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes safety cleanliness quality and training
- maintain accountability for inventory equipment and other company assets
- ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and timely and communicate with customers when issues arise
- guide operations associates through shifts ensuring safety productivity and serve as escalation point for daily operations
- support warehouse and kitchen operations assisting with day-to-day tasks and leading by example
- engage in professional and respectful interactions fostering a positive workplace atmosphere
- contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience
