Job Requirements
- Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position
- must be at least 18 years old
- must pass background check criteria and drug test
- must have reliable transportation
- able to do basic business math
- able to stock shelves and coolers
- able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 90% of shift time

Job Duties
- Support the Restaurant General Manager by independently running shifts
- take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
- execute the Manager-In-Charge Success Routine ensuring people, customers, and service responsibilities are met
- ensure team members complete their shift excellence tasks
- enforce uniform and appearance standards among employees
- prioritize customer needs and resolve complaints quickly
- greet customers politely and pleasantly with a smile
- work with urgency and cooperate with management and peers
- maintain attendance by arriving on time and ready to work
- use approved timekeeping systems accurately
- take initiative and maintain high energy levels
- provide regular feedback and training to team members
- handle conflicts constructively and assist in resolution
- assist in profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures
- maintain inventory and manage labor costs
- oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
- assist with facility maintenance
- ensure health and safety standards are followed
- perform other duties as assigned by management
