Job Requirements

  • Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to do basic business math
  • able to stock shelves and coolers
  • able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 90% of shift time

  • able to maintain food safety and quality standards
  • skilled in conflict resolution and team development
  • capable of executing cash control and inventory management
  • experience in customer service and problem-solving
  • proficient in using timekeeping systems and following attendance policies

Job Duties

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager by independently running shifts
  • take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
  • execute the Manager-In-Charge Success Routine ensuring people, customers, and service responsibilities are met
  • ensure team members complete their shift excellence tasks
  • enforce uniform and appearance standards among employees
  • prioritize customer needs and resolve complaints quickly
  • greet customers politely and pleasantly with a smile
  • work with urgency and cooperate with management and peers
  • maintain attendance by arriving on time and ready to work
  • use approved timekeeping systems accurately
  • take initiative and maintain high energy levels
  • provide regular feedback and training to team members
  • handle conflicts constructively and assist in resolution
  • assist in profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures
  • maintain inventory and manage labor costs
  • oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
  • assist with facility maintenance
  • ensure health and safety standards are followed
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
