The Team Member acting as Manager-In-Charge (MIC) will execute the MIC Success Routine, ensuring that all responsibilities related to people management, customer satisfaction, and service delivery are consistently met. This includes monitoring team members to ensure completion of shift tasks, maintaining uniform and appearance standards, prioritizing customer needs, and resolving complaints swiftly with professionalism. This role demands a positive and enthusiastic attitude, the ability to work with urgency, and close cooperation with peers and management.

Moreover, the position requires understanding and adherence to attendance policies, punctuality, and accurate timekeeping using approved systems. Proactive energy and initiative are essential for going beyond minimum expectations, driving a high level of activity and engagement throughout shifts. Additionally, the Team Member will contribute to developing peers by providing constructive feedback and actively participating in training and conflict resolution in collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager.
