The Team Member role is a critical part of the KFC restaurant operations, designed to support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by independently managing shifts effectively. The successful candidate will take ownership of daily responsibilities, solve problems proactively, and assist in guiding team members collaboratively. A significant part of the role focuses on delivering consistent customer satisfaction through maintaining high standards in food safety, order accuracy, and overall service quality.
