Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position
must pass background check criteria and drug test
must have reliable transportation
able to perform basic business math
able to stock shelves and coolers
able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90 percent of shift time

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant industry beneficial
strong communication and interpersonal skills
basic business math proficiency
ability to manage and develop a team
knowledge of food safety and quality standards
problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
dependable and punctual
willingness to work varied shifts
commitment to following company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts in a self-sufficient manner
execute the Manager-In-Charge success routine
ensure team members complete their shift excellence tasks
maintain employee presentation in uniform
prioritize customer needs
ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
resolve customer complaints promptly
greet customers politely and pleasantly
work with urgency
collaborate with management and employees
foster a cooperative team environment
maintain attendance and punctuality
provide feedback and training to team members
handle conflicts constructively with RGM support
assist with cash control and security procedures
manage inventory and labor
oversee product preparation and quality
ensure health and safety compliance
perform additional duties as assigned by management
