Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position
  • must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to perform basic business math
  • able to stock shelves and coolers
  • able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90 percent of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant industry beneficial
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic business math proficiency
  • ability to manage and develop a team
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • dependable and punctual
  • willingness to work varied shifts
  • commitment to following company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts in a self-sufficient manner
  • execute the Manager-In-Charge success routine
  • ensure team members complete their shift excellence tasks
  • maintain employee presentation in uniform
  • prioritize customer needs
  • ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
  • resolve customer complaints promptly
  • greet customers politely and pleasantly
  • work with urgency
  • collaborate with management and employees
  • foster a cooperative team environment
  • maintain attendance and punctuality
  • provide feedback and training to team members
  • handle conflicts constructively with RGM support
  • assist with cash control and security procedures
  • manage inventory and labor
  • oversee product preparation and quality
  • ensure health and safety compliance
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
