Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to do basic business math
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90 percent of shift time
Job Qualifications
- Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position
- Ability to manage and provide direction to subordinate employees
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Basic business math competency
- Experience in food safety and quality assurance
- Leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
Job Duties
- Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
- Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
- Execute the MIC success routine
- Ensure team members complete Shift Excellence tasks
- Maintain employee appearance and uniform standards
- Demonstrate customer service as highest priority
- Ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Greet customers warmly and politely
- Work with urgency and cooperation
- Collaborate with management and team
- Provide regular feedback and training to team members
- Handle conflicts constructively
- Assist with cash control, inventory and labor management
- Oversee product preparation and food handling
- Ensure facility maintenance and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
