With a focus on teamwork, operational excellence, and community engagement, the company continuously strives to enhance both its culinary offerings and customer service standards.

The role of Support Manager under the Regional General Manager (RGM) is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can confidently run shifts in a self-sufficient manner, taking ownership of daily challenges while supporting the team and maintaining high standards. Key responsibilities include executing the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) success routine, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and overseeing employee performance and development.

Responsibilities also emphasize a customer-focused approach, where the Support Manager must personally demonstrate exceptional service, greet customers warmly, and address complaints with professionalism and empathy. Maintaining a clean and well-presented team is essential as well, with strict adherence to uniform policies and hygiene standards.

The position offers opportunities for internal promotion, particularly favoring candidates moving up from the Hourly Champion role, ensuring career advancement within the organization. With an average workweek of over 30 hours, the role offers flexibility aligned with operational demands. The Support Manager must be physically capable of performing tasks that include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and extensive movement throughout the shift.

This role also involves collaboration with management and peers, fostering a positive workplace culture marked by teamwork and enthusiasm. Additionally, the Support Manager plays a crucial role in labor and profit management, including maintaining inventory controls, overseeing cash security procedures, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
