As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by effectively running shifts in a self-sufficient manner, ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly during your service. You will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems proactively, seeking guidance when required and providing help to fellow team members. Your focus will be on executing the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) Success Routine, which covers key areas such as People, Customers, and Service excellence. Duties include maintaining product quality, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring food orders are accurate, and customer complaints are resolved swiftly to promote positive relations. This position demands a high level of customer interaction, requiring you to greet guests courteously and maintain a positive and energetic attitude.

In addition to customer service, you will oversee the appearance and conduct of all team members, making sure uniforms are worn correctly and workstations are kept clean. Promoting teamwork and constructive conflict resolution is essential, as is participating in the training and feedback process to develop staff capabilities. The role also involves responsibilities related to inventory control, cash handling, labor management, and facility maintenance to uphold health and safety requirements. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stooping during most of the shift period.   • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Able to do basic business math
  • Able to stock shelves and coolers
  • Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90% of shift time
