Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to do basic business math
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90% of shift time
Job Qualifications
- Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position
- Ability to oversee and manage subordinate employees
- Experience in customer service and team development
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties
- Support the Restaurant General Manager by managing shifts independently
- Execute the Manager-In-Charge success routine focusing on people, customers and service
- Ensure all team members complete shift excellence tasks and maintain company appearance standards
- Handle customer complaints promptly and maintain positive customer relations
- Collaborate with management and team members to foster a cooperative work environment
- Provide ongoing feedback and training to team members
- Assist with cash control, inventory management, labor management, and facility maintenance
