This position is for a Team Member who will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing shifts effectively and ensuring operational excellence. The role is categorized under the Team Member career area and is ideal for candidates who demonstrate leadership qualities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative team environment. The employee will be expected to maintain high standards across customer service, food safety, and team development, all while promoting a positive workplace culture.

In this role, the team member will execute the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) Success Routine, which involves overseeing daily operations across people management, customer service, and overall service delivery. Candidates will be tasked with ensuring that all employees complete their shift excellence responsibilities and adhere to company policies regarding uniform and appearance. Emphasis is placed on prioritizing customer needs and delivering fast, accurate, and friendly service.

The team member will also be responsible for handling customer complaints promptly to maintain positive relationships and ensuring that food quality standards are consistently met. Collaboration with team members and management, demonstrating a positive attitude, and assisting colleagues when needed are essential components of the job. Attendance and punctuality are critical, as is understanding and utilizing the approved timekeeping system accurately.

Proactive initiative is highly valued, with the candidate encouraged to act beyond basic requirements to maintain high activity levels throughout shifts. The position includes regular involvement in coaching and developing team members, providing constructive feedback, and supporting conflict resolution alongside the RGM. Financial responsibilities such as cash control, inventory management, and labor management will also be part of the role, alongside maintaining the facility’s health and safety standards.

This position requires a candidate who is at least 18 years old, passes background and drug tests, and has reliable transportation. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stooping for most of the shift.
