Job Requirements
- Strong preference for internal promote form Hourly Champion position
- must be at least 18 years old
- must pass background check criteria and drug test
- must have reliable transportation
- able to do basic business math
- able to stock shelves and coolers
- able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90% of shift time

Job Duties
- Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
- take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
- ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- execute the MIC success routine and fulfill responsibilities related to people, customers, and service
- ensure all team members complete their shift excellence tasks
- maintain employee appearance and uniform standards
- demonstrate customer needs are the highest priority
- ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
- resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations
- greet customers with a polite and pleasant attitude
- work with urgency and cooperate with management and employees
- foster teamwork and assist colleagues
- demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- understand and adhere to posted work schedule and timekeeping system
- take initiative and maintain high energy levels
- provide feedback and training to team members
- handle conflicts constructively
- assist in profit and loss management including cash control, inventory, and labor management
- oversee proper product preparation and safety standards
- assist with facility maintenance and health standards
- perform other duties as required by manager
