The role offered is a Team Member position focused on supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running effective shifts in a self-sufficient manner. This position requires an individual with initiative and energy who can take ownership of shifts, solve problems proactively, and lead by example. Team Members are expected to act like owners by contributing to profit and loss management through cash control and labor management. The role also involves regular interaction with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and pleasantly, and working collaboratively with fellow employees to create a positive work atmosphere.

Applicants can anticipate an average of 30 or more hours per week, with the understanding that hours may vary based on operational requirements. Job Requirements

  • Strong preference for internal promote form Hourly Champion position
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to do basic business math
  • able to stock shelves and coolers
  • able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90% of shift time
