The role at hand is designed to support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by managing shifts autonomously and ensuring smooth operations throughout the team. Job Requirements

  • Strong preference for internal promote form Hourly Champion position
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to do basic business math
  • able to stock shelves and coolers
  • able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90 percent of shift time
  • the minimum age to work with the Northwest Restaurants family of restaurant companies is 18 years or older

  • Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner

  • ensure all team members complete their shift excellence tasks
  • ensure employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear company uniform

  • resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
  • greet customers with a smile and be polite and pleasant

  • understand posted work schedule and report on time in uniform
  • use approved time keeping system accurately
  • take action without being told and maintain a high activity level
  • provide regular feedback to RGM on team members' performance

  • oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
  • assist with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed
  • perform other duties as assigned by manager
