Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation
- Able to do basic business math
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 90 percent of shift time
- Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position
- Must adhere to company uniform and appearance standards
- Understand and use approved time keeping system accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or fast food environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to maintain high food safety standards
- Proficiency in basic business math
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and train others
- Prior experience in restaurant shift management is an advantage
Job Duties
- Support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts autonomously
- Execute MIC Success Routine ensuring responsibilities under people, customers, and service are completed
- Ensure all team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks
- Maintain team members’ neat and professional appearance in uniform
- Demonstrate customer-first mindset with polite and pleasant communication
- Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain positive relations
- Work with urgency while cooperating with management and colleagues
- Provide regular feedback and training support to team members
- Handle conflicts constructively with management
- Follow cash control and security procedures assisting profit and loss management
- Manage inventory and labor effectively
- Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
- Assist with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
