This role involves supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by effectively running shifts with ownership and accountability. The successful candidate will solve problems proactively, seek assistance when needed, and assist colleagues. The position emphasizes ensuring consistent customer satisfaction by executing key managerial routines, maintaining food safety and quality, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities also include monitoring team members’ task completion, maintaining uniform and appearance standards, and promoting a positive atmosphere among team members and customers alike. The team member is expected to work with urgency, cooperation, and enthusiasm, while also managing attendance and timely reporting.
In addition to operational duties, the role requires contributing to developing other team members through feedback, active participation in training, and conflict resolution alongside management. The team member plays a critical role in profit and loss management by adhering to cash control procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management. Facility maintenance and adherence to health and safety standards are also vital parts of the position. The job demands physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stooping for the majority of the shift.
Ideal candidates are preferably internal promotions from the Hourly Champion position, must be at least 18 years old, able to pass background checks and drug tests, and possess reliable transportation. Basic business math skills and the ability to stock shelves and manage others are essential. The position typically offers 30 or more hours per week, with hours varying based on operational needs. Job Duties
- Support the RGM by running shifts independently
