Located at 19761 W Indian School Rd, Buckeye, AZ 85396, Angie’s Food Concepts was the first restaurant to introduce Maine Lobster to the drive-thru market, delivering it with the same speed, convenience, and price efficiency as traditional fast food. This innovative approach has expanded with the launch of Angie’s Prime Grill, which now offers USDA Prime Steak and Organic Chicken, served grilled-to-order in warm bowls, grilled burritos, and fresh-cut salads through the drive-thru. As a Shift Lead at Angie’s Food Concepts, you will play a key leadership role in managing the daily operations of a combined Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime drive-thru restaurant. In this critical role, you will oversee shift activities to ensure operational excellence and unparalleled customer service. The Shift Lead is responsible for maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, handling customer complaints professionally, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to maintain seamless restaurant operations. Additionally, you will be cross-trained to handle various station responsibilities and are expected to assist with food preparation and use kitchen equipment safely during busy periods.
This leadership role requires someone who is highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively while maintaining an enthusiastic and motivating presence for the team. You will be expected to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including working with fryer, grill, and other kitchen equipment. - Previous supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
