The role of the Shift Leader at Angie’s Food Concepts is an integral part of maintaining the high standards of service and food safety the company is known for. Shift Leaders act as the backbone of daily operations, ensuring that the team works cohesively to create an exceptional dining experience for customers. This position requires balancing leadership duties with hands-on involvement, such as assisting with food preparation and operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. The Shift Leader is also responsible for supervising staff, handling customer concerns professionally, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations. Employees in this role will be cross-trained to handle multiple responsibilities, from front-of-house customer interaction to back-of-house food handling, and will play a critical part in opening and closing the restaurant.

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
