The Shift Lead role at Stinker is a crucial position within the store’s management team. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must consent to and pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in a retail setting
- Ability to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, and work from floor to eye level
- Able to work in a cooler at an average temperature of 32 degrees
- Open availability including weekends, evenings, and some holidays

Job Duties
- Provide scent-sational customer service by creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their needs, answering questions, and resolving customer concerns
- Keep the store smelling like roses by tidying up restrooms, cooler interiors and exteriors, parking lots, fuel islands, equipment, food service areas, shelves, and storage
- Keep merchandise from getting skunky, ensuring items are stocked, faced, and priced correctly
- Manage vendor, warehouse, and fuel deliveries, ensuring everything is in order
- Create, submit, and edit supply orders, keeping inventory stocked and ready to rock
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees
- Sniff out ways to engage and motivate the team
