Your leadership will guide daily operations, team motivation, and problem-solving, as well as providing training and support under the guidance of senior management. This role requires hands-on involvement in managing safety protocols, operational checkpoints, cash management, and maintaining high cleanliness and efficiency standards. Shift Leads often serve as the acting manager in the absence of General Managers and Assistant Managers, carrying full responsibility for guest satisfaction and team performance.
